Security & Fire Service / Maintenance Engineer
Location: Site Based (visiting sites and working throughout the surrounding areas)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (call out rota)
Salary: £38,000 – £42,000pa (dependant on experience)
Excellent remuneration and benefits
Job Summary:
- Service and maintenance of systems as installed and maintained by the company and in accordance with relevant codes of practice,
- Call out & corrective maintenance on company installed systems,
- Provide technical support for customers and colleagues,
- Out of hours technical support and site attendance,
- Identify and notify non-conformance issues related to installation and servicing of installed systems.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out works, servicing and repairs to fulfil the contracted works and expectations of the customer,
- Carry out service maintenance and corrective actions on company installed systems in accordance with applicable standards and codes of practice,
- Liaison with company and customer on site to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the companies’ policies & procedures,
- Respond and report on customer satisfaction and complaints,
- Maintain health and safety with regard to company works and equipment prior to and during works being carried out on site(s),
- Completing and submitting service and system documentation to the office / customer,
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are appropriate and fit for purpose,
- Maintain company vehicle in accordance with company policies,
- Provide out of hours customer and engineering support for technical support and faults and attend site where required.
Installation Engineer
Location: Site Based (visiting sites and working throughout the surrounding areas)

Job Summary:
- Installation of systems in accordance with relevant codes of practice and standards,
- System commissioning,
- Provide technical support for customers and colleagues,
- Identify and notify non-conformance issues related to installation of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively carry out agreed works, ensuring they are installed to specification and meet the expectations of the customer,
- Competently and effectively install company installed systems in accordance with applicable standards and codes of practice,
- Report on delays or interruptions to installation works,
- Respond and report on customer satisfaction and complaints,
- Maintain health and safety with regard to company works and equipment prior to and during works being carried out,
- Carry out handover and client training for completed installations,
- Completing and submitting installation documentation to the office and, where applicable, to the customer,
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are appropriate and fit for purpose,
- Maintain the company vehicle in accordance with company policies.
