The project

Courtyard by Marriott Hotels is located a five minute walk from London City Airport, making it the ideal place to stay for people travelling on business and leisure. Also in close proximity to ExCel London, The O2 Arena and Canary Wharf, the seven-storey property consists of 184 bedrooms, as well as a floor restaurant and meeting facilities.

The solution

With so many rooms and public areas in this new-build hotel, Direct Security were tasked with installing an extensive video surveillance and door monitoring system. We also incorporated a panic alarm system in the rare case of emergencies, ensuring visitors can quickly receive the assistance they require.
